FORMEL Veneto, as the enterprise of ENAIP Veneto, collaborates closely with all ENAIP Veneto Vocational Training Schools. Its primary objective is to develop pathways with strong professionalizing value that address both the productive needs of the socio-economic context and the training requirements of young individuals.
As a proactive entity in social innovation, FORMEL Veneto engages in the experimentation of training methodologies such as work-based learning and on-the-job training experiences. The main activities of FORMEL Veneto encompass:
- Contribution and Support to Teaching Activities: This involves facilitating internships for young people, with a particular focus on social inclusion projects.
- Work-Based Learning: Responding to service requests from local partners, FORMEL Veneto provides opportunities for the professional growth of young students.
- Canteen Service, Cafeteria, Pastry Shop, and Sandwich Shop: These services cater to the needs of employees and students of ENAIP Veneto, contributing to the overall well-being of the community.
By actively participating in these diverse activities, FORMEL Veneto plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between education and the demands of the professional world while fostering social inclusion and innovation.
ENAIP Veneto is a Vocational and Education Training provider sponsored by ACLI (Christian Association of Italian Workers). Established in 1951, ENAIP Veneto is now a social enterprise counting 20 centres covering all the provinces in the Veneto Region.
ENAIP Veneto’s mission is to identify and meet the needs of the local economy and social system in order to act both as an enterprise incubator and a career guidance services provider. At our centres, employed or unemployed young people and adults undergo highly specialised training based on innovation-oriented methodologies and technologies, thus acquiring those hard and soft skills requested by the enterprises that need to stand out in a more and more competitive market.
Our centres also represent a hotbed for many SME entrepreneurs, some of whom act as main players in the development of the North-East regions of Italy.
